I recently went by Arsineh for a wedding and she is amazing! I took her a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like and she created an even better replica. My hair lasted the entire day from morning to night as did my make-up. She is a VERY skilled hairstylist and I highly recommend her. I also went by her for a haircut shortly after and I was very happy with the way she cut my hair. She pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job :)
