We recently received a question from a bride-to-be asking us for advice on her upcoming multicultural wedding and we thought the topic would be a great one for a blog post! We reached out to one of our very own Harsanik.com vendors, Marriage Ceremony Minister Rev. Ogannes, and asked him to share with us some tips on how to have a successful Armenian and non-Armenian wedding and marriage. We are excited to share Reverend Ogannes' advice with all of you!
This week we are excited to feature Arka Photography on our blog! In speaking with Arka Photography, they were thrilled with an amazing 2012, which allowed them to photograph over a hundred events and photo shoots and capture many unforgettable memories. When asked what was their favorite memory from 2012, Arka Photography was quick to let us know it was photographing their niece’s wedding, Tamar.
The 3rd Annual The Premier Bridal Event took place on Sunday March 4, 2012 at the Glendale Hilton Hotel! Once again, Harsanik.com partnered with Fancy That! Event Design & Coordination to bring together over 70 of the best wedding vendors in Southern California.
The bridal show was an absolute success! Special thanks to all the participating vendors who made our show look absolutely stunning, and to the nearly 2500 guests who attended the event!

This week we are excited to feature Shakar Bakery on our blog! We recently met Shantal, owner of Shakar Bakery and we fell in love with her work! We were very intrigued when we found out that Shantal has a Master's degree in engineering and relatively recently switched her career from engineering to baking! So we spent some time getting to know Shantal and we wanted to share her interesting background with all of you, along with her beautiful work!
This week we're excited to feature a fashion designer who specializes in bridesmaid dresses, custom wedding gowns, and party attire! Her name is Anoushka Alden and we recently came across her gown designs on her Etsy shop and fell in love with her style. So we took the time to get to know Anoushka and asked her to share with us her most recent experience making bridesmaid dresses for a wedding in Palm Springs, CA for a couple named Natalie and Chris.
With summer wedding season in full swing we had a chance to catch up with Sahak of Sahak Photography. One look at Sahak’s portfolio and it's clear that every photo shoot is a unique and memorable experience. The pictures Sahak take are more than just images, he captures moments. We wanted to know how he takes these gorgeous images and captures that perfect moment with that perfect shot.

For those of you not familiar with "Trash the Dress" sessions, it's a photo shoot after the wedding where the bride wears her wedding dress and takes photos in locations where she is destroying her dress.
