Nice but have no clue!

We contacted them for our engagement in 2013 because they had very affordable prices over the phone, their stock was average but you could make it work if you had a low budget. The Son was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but on the day of our event the dad was the one who came to setup. He had no clue what he was doing. We asked and paid for double draping and he only did single draping then walked away with all the extra drape material. If it's a family business, you should be communicating better! We were left so disappointed and embarrassed, I guess you get what you pay for...
