The Kardashian Wedding: A Black and White Affair

The wait is over! Last weekend E! aired "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event" capturing everything from wedding planning to partying to the moment the couple said "I do." 4.4 million viewers tuned in to watch the glitz, glamour and of course the drama leading up to Kim Kardashian’s wedding. But behind all the diamonds and gorgeous Vera Wang gowns it became perfectly clear that family is the most important thing to the Kardashian Klan.
To honor her late father Robert Kardashian, Kim cut out a heart from the fabric of her father’s shirt and had it sewn into each of her wedding dresses on the left side. When Kim walked down the aisle, she had her dad on her left in spirit and her step-dad Bruce Jenner on the right.
Kim and Kris’ white and black affair was spectacular. Guests were asked to wear either black or white, while the bridesmaids wore white Vera Wang gowns. Thousands of South African white roses decorated the venue and complimented the six foot tall black and white wedding cake perfectly.
One of our favorite moments was when adorable baby Mason who served as the ring bearer ran down the aisle pillow in hand. Mason made quite the entrance prompting Kris Humphries to joke “Don’t steal my show little man.”
Here’s to Kim and Kris! Let’s just say after an event like this it might be hard to keep up with the Kardashians!
