I went to all 3 Jobyna stores and ended up purchasing an Ines Di Santo gown of course! Loved everything about my experience and would do it all over again! Looking forward to my gown coming in and walking down the aisle and marrying the man of my dreams in my dream wedding gown the ladies at Jobyna's helped me pick out! They were kind, professional and everything I would expect from the bridal store I would purchase my dress from. They are honest and know what they are doing-pure EXPERTS I tell you! My sister, cousin, and a close friend bought their dresses from them and had a similar experience! I feel so blessed to have my wedding gown in good hands! :) Thank you everyone at Jobyna's for your excellent service and professionalism throughout my gown selection process! I had such an amazing experience at Jobyna's that I decided to write my first review on this site.

So every girl dreams about dress shopping and finding "the one" since childhood. When you are dreaming, you are seeing a story like Jobyna's Ines Di Santo.

I didn't have an appointment at this location originally. I had started my shopping trip at Jobyna's on Verdugo (By the way this was a great experience as well. The staff was wonderful and they treated me great throughout my appointment.) Angie, one of the ladies helping me, suggested (after seeing my style and understanding what I wanted) that I needed to check out some of Ines' dresses. So she called over to the Americana location to see if they could fit me in and luckily they could. When I arrived there it was first off so beautiful inside. the dresses looked like pages out of a haute couture magazine, all perfectly lined up. Isabel helped me and she was AMAZING!!!! I tried on pretty much every dress in that store. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. On the contrary, my entourage and I were having the best time ever. She was pointing out details about the dresses, changes I could make, and offering multiple suggestions. I mean it was a dream come true. I knew then that I was supposed to wear Ines Di Santo at my wedding. I am actually going back in two weeks to meet her and have her customize my dress.

I am a super picky person and brutally honest. So what I tell all you engaged girls out there is you should definitely try Jobyna's. You will not regret it.

This store is beyond amazing. I am a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding and she made an appointment at this store to pick out her dress. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family! There were so many beautiful designer gowns to choose from and after spending half our day in the store, my best friend left loving the dress she picked! The staff was wonderful and they accommodated her every need! I know that I will be coming in here when I get married.
We had been to a few bridal stores in the area prior to visiting Jobyna's and this has been the best experience yet!
