Just last month, Little Mermaid Smokehouse catered a 240 person Bat Mitzvah at Bellaire Banquet hall. Knowing the guests love seafood, the catering included a prestigious 72lb whole Swordfish, Alligator, two whole Sturgeons, and two Sterlets. Three new products were served during this event, from which the owner’s favorite was Blinchik Salmon Rose. The other two were purple potato smoked salmon wrapped with edible flowers and Silyodka with baked potato and dill balls. Sounds delicious! The lavish edible flowers used embellish and differentiate the dishes.
